    2 green connectors

    sorry for the questions that i have. im still learning about subarus and i dont know much about it now.

    but i have these 2 green connectors i think, they're both disconnected and under the driver side dash. shouldn't they be connected?

    Nope. those are connectors used for diagnostics testing. If they are hooked up they are supposed to read out a check engine light.
