I think the Forester wheels look too small in there...?
And do something about that cannon in the back... looks like it's hangin' low?

    Just some helpful criticism. :P

For the paint, I just went to walmart and got a 24k gold color paint. I already posted some pics in here showing how I started everything so maybe that will help you more. I would say it's really easy considering it's my first time doing it too. The only thing that took forever is waiting for the primer, paint and clear coat to get dry. The things you will need to paint your rims are:

    - some kind of newspaper to tape or cover around your tires if the rims are still on the tires.
    - a role of duck tape.
    - Few of 400 or 500 grip of sand paper.
    - 2 cans of Primer.
    - About 3-4 Walmark 25k gold paint cans.
    - 2 cans of clear.

If you still have any question just ask me again.

Ma, I'm real impressed, you have never let me down with your car! You're going to be hearing from me real soon about installing those foglamps, finally got a set of my own! How was installing the V5 spoiler? Where did you get it and how much did it end up costing? That looks SOOO sexy. MUUCH better than the C-west looking thing you had. Where did you get the clear sidemarkers? I've been looking all over for them, I just missed a set on ebay 2 weeks ago for 30 bucks with 10 bucks shipping....arrgg!! I had to work and missed the bid by a couple bucks. Some JDM tails and I think you are all set for your exterior...whens the JDM V8 w/twinscroll swap going in? lol

Let me know if you need help with the sidemarker install, its real easy, just get yourself some extra wire, a soldering iron, electrical tape, the black plastic wire protector (dont know actual name..), some vampire clips and zip ties. Takes maybe half an hour if you have a large clumsy soldering iron like me. Just pop out that fender trim insert and loosen enough pop rivets in the wheel well splash guard to pull it aside and get access on the edge of the wheel well, and remove your morettes to splice into the turnsignal/parking lamp wires. You splice into the parking lamp hot wire and the turn signal wire (unfortunately I forget colors, the haynes manual will have them listed), mostlikely red for the hot parking lamp wire and green w/white stripes for the turn signal on one side, red with white stripes for the other. When your turn signal is off and the parking lamp is on the sidemarkers will be constantly lit. when the turn signal is turned on, the power sent through the wire will turn off the sidemarker so it breaks the ground, which will give you an opposite flash to your turn signals. If you don't want the constant on with the parking lamps you can just wire them to the turn signal and ground wire so it will flash with the turn signals. I think the constant on of the side repeater looks sexy though. However, when your parking lamps are off the sidemarkers still flash with the turn signals, so its a 50/50 split.

I love the way it looks, I was in two minds on a high level rear spoiler, but now I know it looks right, I think I'm just going to have to bite the bullet.

As for the clear side markers, please tell me where you found them.

Finally, in one of the pics your front fenders look a lot wider than mine, have you had them flared? or just the way the light is hitting them? Any chance of some side views?

Alrite guys, I finally finished repainting Phil's gt bumper and replaced it with my old bumper. As you can see the JDM foglights installation was way better than the last time because now I was more precise and careful at it. But yea, enjoy the pictures of my car as well as my inlaws evo 9 MR..

The fogs are way too big for our usdm. What I had to do was cut my bumper a little to get it to fit. If you're really interested in finding out how to install it, search through this forum because I know we had a thread on how to install jdm fogs to our usdm.

Thanks! The grill is home-made, I just cut the stock grill out and installed my own grill bought from a home improvement store.
