Seeing this car in more detail yesterday and seeing all the "toys" it has made me kind of want to ditch my H6 project altogether and just get a BL H6. That way I wouldn't have to modify anything. It'd be done from the beginning.

I think you would enjoy a BL H6. The 08-09 Legacy 3.0R Limited comes with the Bilsteins and a few other goodies from the USDM Spec B. The 09 has the upgraged Harmon Kardon audio too.

Well, This may be the end for sometime.

My cat, Goober, age 8, is going to be fighting an up hill battle with a stage 3 cancer. Last year he developed a spot on his front leg that he licked raw. Well after trying a few meds which had no effect, this spot removed. We discovered a bunch of other spots, about 6 big spots and dozens of smaller ones. I'm gonna try and do the best for my little buddy so the car is gonna have to wait as this battle will not be cheap.

Sorry to hear about Goober
our 4 year old cat was at his annual checkup in November and was found to have a broken back tooth.
Then when getting x rays to have that fixed he was diagnosed with asthma and they found irregularities in his heart and spine

$1300 later tooth is pulled, 2nd professional opinion says heart and spine are within a normal range for a large cat of his size
and we get to monitor his wheezing for the rest of our lives
But we love him more then ever.

Not enough blingbling now... Are the mounts black as well or more like grey-ish STI look'a'likes?

Not a huge fan of chrome and nothing else in the engine bay that is blue.

They're grey to mimic the STi ends. The bar is Plastidipped so it can be easily undone.

GOOBER UPDATE:
Got in to the vets office the other day and he lost almost 2 lbs. He was vomiting regularly right before this and I was getting rather scared. He wasn't eating much either because of this.

Well, after this vet visit he is on a few meds. He's been eating more and not vomiting.

And in other good news they had another cat come in with the same types of tumors and it responded well to prednisone, which is a med Goober is now on.



CAR UPDATE:
Ordered a Fumoto Qwikvalve to make oil changes easier.

Getting ready to do an oil change soon with some new oil. I am going to go with Pennzoil Ultra Platinum with PurePlus Technology, Its an oil made from Natural Gas. I was going to go with a Shell Oil that was similar but its tough as hell to find in the US.

Still debating about what filter I am going to go with.

Got some dirty wheels today (they needed a lot of cleaning seriously)

These are the first, non OEM wheels that I have every gotten since I started driving a Subaru.

Some Rota G-Forces. a smidge wider and a lot lighter. I do not have my tires on them yet. The included tires are a hair smaller.

My favorite wheel was the snowflakes I had. They were done in gold by the previous owner. I really wish Subaru would have made them in a 17" as well.

I really liked the 2015 Outback premium model wheels but they won't work. They go to 5x114.3.

Subaru had some BBS option wheels for the bugeye wrx that were 17s and looked a lot like the snowflakes. But you have to pay a premium to get them if you can find them.
