    2nd gen quarters/ dog legs

Hello SL-i, i need help. Many of us own gen 2 legacys (95-99). i own a 95 l and a 99 gt. both green and both are currently enduring that horrible cancer that eats the quarter panels and dog legs. i was hoping that someone here could help me find a solution. either in the form of a name of a shop that will legitamately fix them or maybe and do it yourself option that is maybe not "easy" per say but something someone with body exp can do. any help is appreciated as my 95 falls further and further into decay. the 99 gt is doing ok, although it has rusted through in the driver rear door jam. again i beg for help!!! lol.

Any pics? Depending on the severity on it, The best thing to do is cut the rusted piece out and weld a non rusted piece. It would be hard for a DIY unless you have a welder but you can check out youtube on how-to's. You can stop/slow the rust build up by grinding/cutting out the rust spot, coat the bare metal with primer. Then try fiberglassing it as a temp fix since fiberglassing is easy to form.
