^ Thanks
I've pulled the CAI off the car and gone back to the short ram, every time it rained it would throw a code for the maf voltage, requiring a ecu reset to clear. It'll go back on in the summer, the 4degree above ambient is too good to miss out on.
Finally got a wide band so that I can monitor the car better and dial the OTS tune in with the intake:
I've got the 5V out wired into the analog input from the rear O2 sensor so I can log the wideband without needing a laptop and serial cable hooked up.
Then the multi disk changer died, and I took it apart to attempt to get the disks out and while it was apart I did a color change on the buttons:
Finally got a turbo blanket from PTP and got around to installing it:
This is the craziest thing, I left the garage after installing it and did several pulls and quickly pulled back into the garage and was able to touch the turbo heat shield without burning myself.

Finally getting close to a Protune, so time to make sure the fuel system can handle it
ID1000's
DW300
Install time
fuel pump was straight forward, but the supplied wires from DW were a smaller gauge than the stock wires
Assembled pump assembly
new vs old injectors:
using the data from Injector Dynamics until a protune in October, wide band was happy during a pull and looks good in closed loop.
Moved the AOS to make some more room for a GR intercooler that's waiting to be installed
GR vs GD intercooler:
Before AOS move:
after the IAG rotated turbo / Big intercooler bracket:
GR intercooler bracket is here:
I didn't feel like trying to fight with the lower end of the bracket where it would bolt to the TGV's
GR intercooler installed
Spliter fitment:
Going to have to do some work on the spliter to get the most out of the bigger intercooler.

The big day finally came, got the car up to EFI Logics for a protune by Calvin Dotson of Dotson Tuning.
Got the car all strapped down
baseline pull:
Results
Before Protune
265 WHP & 284 WTRQ with some knock in the high rpms
After
275 WHP (+10) & 313 WTRQ (+29)
Knock free and stable AFR
I've very happy with the way the car is running, much more stable than the bro-tune I had done to get the car "ok" with all the mods it had done.

People say that Mustangs read low so you might have even more power. Good work!

Burnt out my CB on the 48 HRS of Tristate drive, time to upgrade from the masking tape mount. Ordered a Cobra WX ST II CB and a JVC digital reciever.
Wiring mess, ran a coax extention from the CB to the trunk under the carpet.
CB and new head unit installed. Had to enlarge one of the ISO/DIN mounting holes to get the cb perfectly lined up, then trim the radio bezel to fit the width of the CB
Mic installed and wires for AFR gauge cleaned up
Getting the car prepped for seeing some of the stages of the New England Forest Rally this summer.
3/16" Thick skid plate from Primitive Racing
The 1/4" thick mini rear diff protector from Primitive
Installed
It clears the fumoto valve
The important part, sticker installed
