    2014 May ROTM: STAFF ROUND!

It’s May! Warm weather and car show season is upon us. You know what else is upon us? Another ROTM! This one is a bit different though. It’s time to give the SL-i staff some love. Here is how this works. This competition encompasses any current or past Subarus (even non-legacy!) owned by the staff, so even though some of these cars are long gone, they are still eligible (since Huffer doesn’t want to compete with the Odyssey ). You have a longer span of time to vote this month due to no need for a nomination week.

So go ahead, pick your favorite staff ride!

    how does pick three work?

voted for white, white aaaaand not white
98 GT -- Intro to Subaru. Cooked HG, dead suspension, and lots of ricer mods.
02 Outback H6 -- No more HG issues, but ate two 4eats.
09 Subaru Tribeca -- slow and ....um fat, definitely fat.
13 E350 S212 -- No more Subaru!! Why does that make me happy?

Re: 2014 May ROTM: STAFF ROUND!

It's just so you don't have to narrow it down to just one. The person with the most votes will still be the sole winner. You don't have to pick 3, but the option is there to pick up to 3.

I would just like to say that I currently own mine and it runs

And thank you to the kind soul who voted for me, I don't think I'm even going to be able to.

I couldn't vote for the S401. It has already won, granted that was a while ago. Plus Yama had the Imprezaab win recently. I voted for Reason, because his car is awesome. Even if it doesn't run right now. I also voted for Wiscon's Foz. He has cleaned it up real nice. Also voted for amgarrety's Type-D conversion. Its really clean in person.

The current poll results are about where I thought they would be.
    Reason BD up front.
The S401 and amgarrety's BE D type in second.

Re: 2014 May ROTM: STAFF ROUND!

Just for the record, I still own my Legacy and I start it up every few days lol, it just has 3 wheels on and no rear brake hard lines. That list is like 2-3 years old, I could probably add a few lines to it lol.

That being said, I always like these staff battles. Not only do we have the best staff of any other Subaru forum, these guys cars are impressive. Chuck, Airgne, Amgar and yam a cars are sick and the mod lists and detail are impressive. Mark and Huffer cars may not have a lengthy mod list, but from their past cars and the love the put into them is impressive enough for me. To be honest, I thought I would be dead last!

Did the S401 get less desirable? Who here wouldn't want one?

I think everyone is drinking too much un-purified water, myself.

    The S401 got my vote.
