The side skirt is the same.
The rear bumper/lip is the same if you have a sedan
The wagon rear bumper is different. The US GT is a 2 piece (bumper and lip) while a jdm is one piece (bumper in one piece that looks like it has a lip). They do offer a lip for the jdm rear bumper.

I was hoping that a JDM style rear lip would be available for our USDM rear bumpers but I realized that was not going to happen. I eventually bought a JDM rear bumper skin from r3v_v3ng3 and reconditioned it. It has been painted/clearcoated but still needs wetsanding and compounding before I install it.
I have always thought that it would be cool to make a mold of the geniune JDM rear lower bumper lip and make a reproduction designed to fit directly on USDM bumpers. I don't know how that could work though, since the JDM bumper and lip is all one molded piece. A reproduction designed to fit a USDM bumper would have to be a hybrid part: like the USDM bumper lip where it attaches to the bumper itself (like how the USDM GT bumper does), but with the outer showy part like the shape of the JDM lip.
