Downpipe and exhaust advice for my turbo project

Alright so I recently bought a TD04 turbo off a wrx that I will be adding to my 01 legacy. I was snooping around on nasioc abut catless downpipes and some other minor things about the project. What is your input on downpipes? I was going to try to cut on cost and possibly go with an ebay special, OR go with a higher end dp ie: Invidia, Cobb, Grimm Speed, etc. Secondly, should I buy a bell mouth or divorced, I want as much turbo whistle as possible out of it. *I plan on running headers w/ catless up pipe to the catless dp then to a 3" straight pipe back. Give me some feedback on your setups!

Here is the post I was reading regarding dp's: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=445812

eBay specials are fine. I've run one of the $80 ones for years. The difference between bellmouth and divorced is so little that it's not worth the extra price. Just grab an eBay special and be done.

I like the divorce style DP. When you go aftermarket DP, specially catless, you'll need a way to control boost. Catless can cause boost spike and over boosting. That can cut down the life of your turbo or cause your car to go into limp mode.

I bought an used eBay bell mouth for $15 and have had zero issues with it in the 5 years I've had it. The guy before me had it for years as well.
No, no ,no I'm not insulting you, I'm describing you!
