In no particular order, remove the bolt, go to the help section at advance auto or your preferred parts store. Buy a set of exhaust studs for a Nissan, not sure what the part number is or the thread pitch offhand. But I've used them a few different times with rusty studs on these cars.
Problem is-I'm afraid it will snap off-and, I'll be damed if the head has to be removed-everyone who has looked at it just wants to run from it (and they know there way around with torches and mig welders)-should I find an exhaust shop that would tackle it?

When changing my Headers one of the studs stripped the threads on the block.. look up a heli coil.. i drilled and taped and inserted the new heli coil along with the new stud, and its good as new

Or you can get some equivalent Dorman or other brand ones at your local parts store.
To help out with removal, For a week, try to spray some penetrating oil up there while it's still warm after a drive at least once a day. It should wick in there and help increase your odds of success.
I finally did get it out-two years ago! (really late on the update!)-the bolt was easy to get out-thought, one of the factory studs did stay in the head-the nut came off-usally the nut is rusted to the stud and they both come out.
