Well I bought a S401 BFM

Then started on making it work, first spent way too much time on making a Plug n Play adapter just for it to not work. Don't waste your time, flexible PCB's suck

so bought a pack of Tesa tape, yanked the dash and merged 3rd gen plugs in. turned out amazing and also put some outputs in for some stuff to come


started cutting plastic out next

I plan to fiberglass/Bondo an extension on the top of the shroud to fill the gap as the Audio guys do for speakers in time

no shroud installed at this time, but hopefully, I can mock it back in this week

Also as you probably have seen, I bought a Defi ZD ClubSport pack. this thing is amazing. gonna install the sensors this week

I <3 my new Advance ZD.. I just put one in my Sambar last week. Otherwise, the cluster looks great! I am glad that you hacked the dash instead of hacking up the S401 cluster

I always thought they looked awesome, I didn't know it would be this good I'm so impressed. Wanting to option out all the sensor inputs now :P

I did have to cut 2 tabs off iirc but I didn't do anything more then I had to. and it hurt to do it but It's not going anywhere, so it was worth it Thanks for all the Info you shared on the BFM
