Okay, here are a couple more new pictures of the Cappuccino. I also visited @amgarrety yesterday and have a picture of the two cars together, but I'll have to upload those pictures later.

It's adorable. I love it. I want one now.
For those of you wondering what I thought of the car, I must admit, it was pretty o-Kei.
I'll see myself out.

HAHA! Those pics are awesome! Now if you could only park it next to an 90's F250 4x4 x-cab and grab a pic, that would be fantastic. Would love to see how small it is next to a truck like mine.
There is a Cars and Coffee on Sunday March 20th in Clarksburg. It would be cool to see this car there. I can PM you more info if you want.

What is this? A car for ants? How can we be expected to teach children to learn how to drive... if they can't even fit inside the car?

Really guys?
In other news, since this is my poor-weather vehicle I drove it this morning instead of the NM4. And since it's DST, I drove while it was still dark out. I found out that it's a little scary to drive in traffic in the dark. I'm so low that it seems like everybody has their high beams on so I'm constantly being blinded. That applies to oncoming traffic and my rear view. They never showed that in InitialD...

The Cappuccino may be small, but I still can't drive under the cars in front of me.
Also, I've discovered that it is limited to a top speed of 87mph, or 140kph. This isn't a redline issue either, since it's only at around 5k rpms at that time. Once the speedo hits the end, it just won't go faster for some reason. However, it isn't a fuel cut off like in the S401 at 180kph. It just won't accelerate any more. I intend to look into this further.

I'm liking these bits of data... =)
On a random note... my 80 Datsun tops out at 85mph. going down hill, I got it to about 110mph. lol
I wanted to park next to the Ford truck, but alas, this was the closest spot.

My old Dodge had a speedo that topped out at 85, and I had it buried once. My friend who I was raci--er... Trying to keep up with, (yeah, let's go with that,) swore he was holding dead at 90, and was pulling away. So, I will now and forever claim a top speed of 88mph, because Back to the Future.

I've been able to drive the NM4 and the Cappuccino on the same routes now and I have a number of observations.
The Cappuccino is almost an exact opposite of the NM4. I'll explain:
1) The NM4 is a motorcycle, and therefore, accelerates very quickly. The Cappuccino is the slowest car I've owned in a LONG time. Even the 3.0 H6 was much faster. I think it may be slower than my brother's '00 LGT.
2) The corners are a different story. The NM4 has to slow down a lot so I don't eat pavement, but the Cappuccino almost doesn't need brakes at all. After a Maxima (driving like a jackass) flew past me on the freeway, I caught up to him quickly on the cloverleaf (before he took off again on the straightaway).
3) Strangely, the NM4 is faaaar more comfortable. It absorbs the potholes and worn pavement, while the Cappuccino bounces around like an old matchbox car. I think it shares the same suspension as those old matchbox cars....
4) The headlights on the NM4 are absolutely amazing, while the headlights on the Cappuccino seem to be for show only. Driving at night is not recommended unless the streets are very well lit. I will upgrade to HIDs once I upgrade the electrical system.
5) The upside is that I can drive the Cappuccino in the rain or snow and stay dry. I obviously can't do that on the NM4.
6) Parts for the NM4 are plentiful (since it's new and shares a LOT with other models), while I have to really search and special order anything I want for the Cappuccino (and it won't be cheap).
One way in which they are similar: The windshield wipers on the Cappuccino are almost as ineffective as the ones on the NM4 (the NM4 doesn't have wipers, it's a bike). I'm not talking about the blade (which can be replaced), I mean the wiper motor and arm.
I used to say that the two best cars I have ever driven were the S401 and the Cappucino, but the S401 works everywhere and does everything the Cappucino can.... and more. I think the S401 stands alone now. Having said all that, I am not sorry I got the car. I still get decent mileage and can park in any spot without worrying about somebody dinging me with their door. I think I just was looking at the '93 I used to have with rose-colored glasses.

In a follow up to this, a coworker (who is 6'4" and 220lbs) and I went out to my car to see if he could fit. That definitely wasn't going to happen though. Even taking the roof panel off, the steering wheel is completely blocking access for his legs. There was just no way for him to contort himself to fit behind the wheel.
He said that it was a neat looking little car, but he's never going to call me if he needs a ride somewhere.
