    Hello from San Francisco

Hey all. I just picked up my third legacy last week, and my first second gen. I've had two gen 1 turbos, and while I couldn't find another one this time I found a clean 99 BK with only 55,000 miles on it from it's original owner. I'm moving over here from Legacy Central as you guys seem more generation appropriate if you will. I still haven't given it a good once over and am just starting to get familiar with what can be done to BKs so plans for now are new tires, a UEL manifold, Vibrant resonator, I.C.E, fog lights and a bike rack.

Welcome! That color, at least in Colorado is very rare and only 55K is fantastic. Is it correct that rust in S.F. isn't a big problem? I've been concerned that BD, BG and BK Subarus have been dropping like flies lately so very happy to see you here. Also I've never driven a first Gen Legacy so how do they compare to your new one?
