Oh, I murdered it. It was tragic.
To be honest, if I had been properly hydrating, I could've stayed longer, and definitely would've gotten better times. But I was overexcited when I left the house, and didn't bring water or sunscreen. So, I left pretty early, and didn't get as many runs as everyone else.
Absolutely. I am definitely going back.
I have a couple more things to fix on my car. Then I plan on going to a few autox events this summer.

Someone caught a few shots of me out on the track!
Pretty sure this is the run I aborted, due to getting sick.
That looks pretty intense, especially that top photo. Look at you go, and a tow hook! Can't wait to read about your next time! There used to be a thing in autocross where you'd inflate the hell out of your rear tires so that the back end would lose traction and rotate much quicker. Don't know if that's still done. Had an autocross book I bought in 1988 that recommended it.

There was a Miata that took that a bit too far. Guy didn't hit any cones until after his lap, but he was already getting sideways as he broke the timing beam, and took out half of the stop box. His first comment was about dropping the tire pressure.
