Thread: Dead fourm? Resurrection...

  1. #31
Here in NEPA I've never seen a 1st gen Legacy on the street, but when I went to Boxerfest there were 6-7 of them scattered around the show area and the parking lot lmao, I think 4 were turbos. I also feel like I'm starting to see less 3rd gen Legacies than 2nd gen Legacies. 4th gen and up Legacies are still common though

Yea, even in the scrap yard, I rarely see first gens, usually there are two or three 2nd gens, and lots of 3rd and pre-facelift 4th gens...
No, no ,no I'm not insulting you, I'm describing you!

I've seen the occasional third-gen out and about. Strangely enough, I haven't seen a single third-gen Outback wagon.

i see a 3rd gen every time i step out the door! agreed though i havent seen a 1st gen in ages. I do see quite a bit of the 2nd gen wagons. cant recall the last time i saw a 2nd gen sedan. most of the 3rds i see on the street are beat down 4cyl outbacks.

I don't miss my 2003 outback (though, on the subaruoutback forum-it's a second gen-because there was no outback model based on the greatest generation of legacys- even though it's on the third gen legacy platform,

I've seen (through friends Facebook accounts) the sli site and other car groups can't hold a candle to online forums-i.e- easier to navigate and find information

Easier to follow a Thread than a timeline etc. on FB too.
I only use FB to keep in touch with my childhood hometown.
