2001 B4 RSK REV D Power seat and windows not working

Recently got myself a 2001 Legacy B4 it has a few of the electrical gremlins including the tach sensitivities in the humidity. I am currently having issues with the power seats and power windows not working. The power locks still work. (Dead key fob so I cant check that) The car is stock other than a turbo timer. I am just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction, I initially assumed it was a fuse where they both went at the same time but have done some reading and have learned they may be on the same circuit? I have checked all fuses in the car and not finding anything suspect. I find it odd as the power locks in the door still work and the power mirrors.
    Thanks

BUMP if anyone can direct me to the wiring diagrams for these cars that would be a huge help. Had my door skins apart today and confused on what is sending power/signal accordingly.

get yourself a copy of the FSM -- they're floating around.

Seats are indeed on the same circuit as the windows MB-2 SBF-6

There's a power window circuit breaker downstream of the fuse - B41 - which seems to be located somewhere behind the dash under the steering wheel

Life saver, Thank you so much. Any recommendations on where to purchase a service manual? I assume just eBay or something as such

Since the OP is asking about a RSK, this would be a JDM car. None of the 3rd gen manuals currently listed either in our thread or on JDMFSM are applicable to Japanese market vehicle. The North American market manuals listed around here may be similar, but they will likely have a number of differences on the systems in question.

Ok - well that's not a very helpful reply, either.

Do a google on "subaru legacy 1998-2003 service manual" and a few sources pop up which do have global/JDM versions.

    eg: https://en.subaruclub.cz/manuals.php...1&ddlb_model=6

Unfortunately, "Global" also does not mean Japanese. I do have the Japanese books, and I can say with absolute certainty that there are a number of differences between models for that market and the rest of the world. Subaru has 3 different regions: North America, Japan, and the rest of the world (sometimes called General Market, or EUDM/AUDM) There are currently no freely available manuals for the JDM vehicles for the 3rd gen. The website you listed there, seems to just contain copies of the files from here, which as I have already indicated, does not include Japan.

While a General/Global Market book may be of some use for a JDM car, it should not be treated as authoritative.. more of a "this might be similar to the way its done on this car".

I have attached the Power Window pages for a 2001 D-type Japanese market vehicle. They are in Japanese, but Google Translate on your phone in "lens mode" will do a decent job of doing the translation. The Japanese models have a very unique setup with two connectors to the power window master switch that no other region has.

I pulled up the power seat schematic, and other than some connector numbering differences, it is largely the same as the diagram that @duncanm posted.

As for buying manuals, they can be found on Yahoo Auctions Japan, but Japanese manuals only show the differences from the prior model break. Many things changed between C-type and D-type, so the D-type book is pretty comprehensive, but not everything is included. To get a full set of diagrams applicable to your model, you need every wiring book going back to A-type (1998). Assuming you do indeed have a 2001 D-type and not a 2002 D-type (which is an additional 6th book), that means you need the 1998 A-type book, 1998 A-type RSK book, 1999 B-type book, 2000 C-type book, and 2001 D-type book. They used to be somewhat common to come across, but there do not seem to be many on YAJ at the moment.
