Angry Lower piping of radiator has oil

I did my timing belt , when I removed the 2 lower smaller pipes , oil was dripping instead of coolant , I believe that is going to the Turbo ,

To make thing worst now the radiator leaks , it did not before the timing belt , I did change the water pump and thermostat , I believe the thermostat was stuck open before the change

does the lower part of the radiator has a separate cooling system just for the turbo ?

    Thanks !

So just figured out the lower portion of the radiator is a transmission oil cooler , so everything is perfectly normal
