    List of Polyurethane bushings available for BD

    I'm going to be taking out a good amount of my drive train and suspension for my up coming swap, so I figured I should get all new poly bushings while I'm at it. I can't seem to find a Kit for everything anywhere. I looked as energsuspension.com and they had stuff for the wrx, but not anything specific to my car. Can anyone be kind and post a link to a kit?
    1998 Legacy 2.5GT: Stock to turbo to stock, and given to my Dad, then to my sister that blew it up. Now I've repo'd it and it will once again rise to former glory!

    I'm not sure there is one. What all are you swapping? If you're using wrx subframes, you use wrx bushings.

    I'm using a T-leg sub frame. I know you can get the bushings for that, cause my friends T-leg has them.

    You can get SuperPro, Whiteline and Noltec bushings. The 95-99 Legacy uses all the same bushings as the 97-01 Impreza.

    I'm not aware of anyone selling a kit with all the bushings included.

    The suspension bushings you may want to replace are:

    Rear Lateral Link (front) (4 bushings)
    Rear Lateral Link (rear) (4 bushings)


    Superpro: SPF1492K (inner f & r) & SPF1497K (outer f & r)
    Noltec: N61382 (8 bushings)

    You can use an adjustable lateral link kit, like the ones made by whiteline and sti, instead of these.

    Whiteline: KTA108 (4 arms) or KTA107 (2 front arms & 4 rear bushings)
    Noltec: N62034 (4 arms)

    Rear Trailing Links (4 bushings)

    Superpro: SPF1491K (2 front bushings) & SPF1907K (2 rear bushings)
    Noltec: N61383 (2 front bushings) & N61381 (2 rear bushings)

    Front Lower Arm (inner-front) (2 bushings)

    Superpro: SPF1390K
    Noltec: N51709

    Front Lower Arm (inner-rear) (2 bushings)

    Superpro: SPF1387K (no camber change) or SPF1388K (alk effect)
    Noltec: N51710 (no camber change)

    You can use an Anti Lift Kit, also available from whiteline, instead of these.

    Whiteline: KCA361 (comfort), KCA319A (medium) or KCA319M (race)

    Front Sway Bar (2 bushings)
    Rear Sway Bar (2 bushings)


    These should be ordered according to the diameter of your sway bars.

    Whiteline: W0404-18, W0404-20, W0404-22, W0404-24 (last 2 digits are diameter in mm)
    Noltec: N22383 (18mm), N22352 (20mm), N22353 (22mm), N22354 (24mm)
    Superpro: SPF1383-__K (15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25.4 & 29mm)

    Front Endlinks (4 bushings)
    Rear Endlinks (4 bushings)


    Usually people replace the entire endlinks with stronger alloy versions available from whiteline, noltec, perrin, sti, etc instead of just changing the bushings.

    Other bushings you might want to replace are:

    Rear Differential Mount (2 bushings)

    Superpro: SPF2664K

    Rear Differential Outrigger (2 bushings)

    Whiteline: KSB751
    Superpro: SPF1978K

    Transmission Crossmember Bushings (2 bushings)

    Superpro: SPF2358K

    Steering Rack (2 bushings)

    There are also a number of bushings in the shift linkage.

    Front bushing
    Rear bushing
    Linkage Bushings

    These are available from Kartboy & Turn In Concepts

    If you have all those you'll definitely also want Group-N mounts

    Engine mounts (2)
    Pitch Stop Mount
    Transmission Mount

    You'll probably also want to replace the front ball joints (if you're lowered check out the whiteline roll center correction kit), and the inner and outer tie rod ends.

    I just installed a full prothane bushing kit made for an 02 wrx onto my 98 ouback wrx swap. everything fit in fine. alot of work to install though, id recommendjust dropping them at a shop that has a press.

    havent driven the car yet, but ive heard that poly bushings add alot of NVH, an alternative is the group N offerings you can get the full kit for 500 or so which is five times as much as the prothane kit, hence why i went with the prothane kit

    I got this from one of Noltec's/Whiteline's major distributor.

    "We are basically closing out the Noltec inventory in North America. An Australian company called Red-Ranger owns Noltec, Whiteline & Nolathane. They are re-branding the Noltec range as Whiteline Plus and changing the material from the blue polyester to a translucent black Polyurethane. The blue Polyester is a longer lasting and superior poly material for performance automotive applications, but 5 times more expensive to manufacture the parts from.

    As we sell out the Noltec products we have on hand, we will be replacing the stock with Whiteline plus."

    Does anyone know of a website where I can actually order some urethane bushings.

    I have been looking and looking, but all I find are dead ends.

    I have a '99 Legacy. I am looking for the bushings for the control arms on each side of the rear (the ones that run from the rear suspension to the body of the car, front to back orientation) and the sub frame bushings for the front of the rear diff sub frame. These bushings are the 2 large ones that are in front of the gas tank and near the sides of the car.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Can anyone confirm what is in large blue letters?

    If so then Energy Suspension makes a couple partial and a complete kit that will work. Aside from the swaybar bushings.

    Confirmed. Except steering rack I believe. Also that "master" kit is not a true master. Its missing all the rear diff and outriggers bushings, transmission pad bushings and a few others.

    So the bushings that are included are for the arms that run front/back on the rear end. The bushings for the other arms side/side are not included in the kit then? I assume that the subframe bushings are not included either?

    Just for clarification from someone that knows the designations better than I do, my car is a 1999 Legacy L wagon. It is a BD correct?

    Are the bushings the same between the BD and the BK?

    No luck with searching on this one.

    Turn in Concepts just came out with all the rear suspension bushings:

    lateral link bushings
    front trailing arm bushings
    rear trailing arm bushings

    there's a group buy for them going on nasioc

    You use a special teflon based synthetic lube. Most other lubes will break down the polyurethane if that's what yours are made of.
