02 RS Front brakes on BG

I picked up a set of 02 RS Front brakes as an upgrade to my 1998 LOB front brakes before getting more knowledge under my belt. Something tells me I made a mistake as these are the same size as my brakes now. Can anyone conform this before I turn around and sell them.

    The calipers or the rotors?

I'd still use the newer calipers, or at least have a spare set lying around.
I just replaced my front calipers on my 98 BD - $600+tax at the dealership because I have no garage and no time (and no spare parts).

Sorry, forgot to mention it. I got the RS calipers, brackets, and rotors. I was thinking when I got them that they would be a "big brake" upgrade but......

I would only imagine that WRX and STi brake components would be an upgrade. Think about it, the RS has no more power than a GT and would not need larger brakes. It may be an upgrade on a L but not GT.
