    Sheepdog's Impreza

Well, here it is after a fresh coat of matte white.

The grill still needs to be replaced with an oem one, I need the oem sideskirts since my replicas sucked and I trashed them, and a few other things. But, this is what it's going to look like for a while.

Let me know what you think!

Haha yes, that tail light was actually stolen out of the garage while the car was being painted somehow. Wierd huh?

I had to get something to go in there so I could drive the car, hence the USDM side. I'm in the works of tracking down another JDM tail, or saving for a new set.

What do you have for a motor and tranny?

Looks nice, except personally I don't care for canister mufflers. Is that even what you have? it's hard for me to tell.

It's a full 05 WRX swap, so it's wrx engine, trans, diff, axles, control arms, gas tank, etc. I also have the dash swap and some other interior stuff to make it all match, there are other older threads on all that stuff if you care to know more about it though.

I'm not sure what you mean about a cannister muffler, it's a megan racing exhaust. I painted the catback section with flat black bbq grill paint during this project, I think it looks dope. I wasn't a big fan of it being super obvious there was a big-mouth exhaust on there.

Haha, you can have the damn thing once I have something decent to replace it! It's the only surviving crappy fiberglass replica piece from the primitive version 5 STi kit, and one of my top priorities of things to go in the garbage can.

Is it damaged? Because if it's ok, I'd pay you to ship it, if it's a good fit etc.

Is it just not durable or something?

Well, I just feel the fitment along the hood line isn't that great, the top bar isn't that straight, and I had to drill holes in the top of it to be able to zip-tie it in since there was no apparent way to mount it otherwise. In terms of quality, it hasn't cracked or anything so I figure it's fine.

If you paid shipping, I'd be happy to ship it to ya once I get something to replace it in a month or so. I have a set of fiberglass side skirts as well that you'd be welcome to, they look exactly like the RS ones but would need a little bondo from where there's a visible crack on one of them. Structurally they're fine though.

I didn't know you had a GC in the states Huff, since when?

That's bad ass! Sorry to hear about the lights. Fricken boulder hippies. The blacked out lights are a nice touch.

It is indeed an SLi decal, from the first batch ever made actually

And yea, my current plans include an RS coupe wing. I originally had a v5 STi replica wing, but with my experience with the replica v5 sideskirts and grill in addition to my taste leaning more towards subtlety lately, I'm not even going to waste my time putting it on the car.
