You shouldn't have to. Unbolt the bar from the bushings, unbolt the end links, and take it out. Installation will be the opposite.

I am expecting the links today from fedex and ups says the sway bar is supposed to be here today but I doubt it.
back the car up onto ramps - unbolt the endlinks. Lift, turn and twist the swaybar out, install new one in reverse. Bolt endlinks back up.

    Done.
DON'T do it on a lift - it's easier to do it when the wheels/suspension are preloaded.

    Whiteline Rear Sway bar installed!

I got it installed last night and what a difference. I have it on the softer setting I think 20" but there is a big difference. Cornering is so much better and tighter. So far I am very happy with it. I will bump it up the the harder setting in a few weeks.

I would recommend taking the tires off when you do it. I think it would be a bitch to do it with out taking them off. I am curious to know what the other setting will feel like.

I meant that it is a small bar compared to what I just put on. Not doubting you.

I'm saying you already have yours out, you can easily measure it.

I'm not sure if the GT's have the same size as the L's.
