Rallitek Perfect Power 6 wiring diagram

Here is the wiring diagram for the PP6 on a 1997 single plug ECU.

The greyish color is actually white, but it has to be able to show up on the diagram.

This thread contains the information necessary to configure the SMT6.
EDIT: in global settings, "Teeth per turn" should be 14, and "Teeth per firing" should be 20.

Also, I have a couple maps that will work for our cars. If you need one, PM me with your email.

Man, I was looking EVERYWHERE for this a couple days ago. Of course, after I'd found it, I stumble across this. Psshh. Quick questions though, what is the BLUE/BLACK SMT6/14 wire? Also, did you use a 330ohm resistor between your ground and crank sensor? I was told that was mandatory.

The blue/black wire is the pull-up wire. My car would act weird and the tach would fly everywhere. I didn't use the resistor, I think its only needed for 2000+ cars, but don't quote me on that.

Ah. Gotcha. I connected the BLUE/BLACK but my car wouldn't even turn over. Once disconnected, everything was fine though. I haven't done anything without the resistor yet, but I do plan on checking some things out in the near future.

There are two blue/black wires, make sure you are using the pin 14 one.

Yup. I suppose it depends on how you look at the diagram (pin-in vs pin-out) but the 14 would have to be the second BLUE/BLACK in from the edge. That's the one I tried to use, but my ECU just wasn't having it.

Interesting. I suppose if everything works for you, then great!

An interesting tidbit: the PP6 can be used as an electronic boost controller. Basically, you use the extra injector output to drive a GM pressure solenoid. Then you enter values in the map for the solenoid's duty cycle, such as 100% for closing the wastegate for spool.
