Took me a good couple weeks to stop parallel parking 2 1/2 feet away from the curb due to rims once I bought the Legacy, lol.

2002 BH 9
Where to begin...
My first car was a black 1995 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4 Auto. My parents gave it to me with 137k miles on it. I drove it until 176k and probably invested $3,000 just to keep it running.
My second car was a Gray 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4x4 Auto. I took out a massive loan for it and ended up rolling it 4 months later in the snow.
My third car was a Black 2001 Honda Civic EX coupe 5MT. I loved the thing. Got rear ended the day after I bought it. Then again 2 months after getting fixed. And last week it was totaled. I hit a deer at night in a long patch of fog.
My fourth car is my 1997 Subaru Legacy 2.5GT 4EAT . It was meant to be my $1000 winter car but now I need it as a summer car as well.

Mess With The Max, Get Scrapped Like The Rest!
I originally was supposed to take over my mother's old 1991 Mazda Protege DX. Although it ended up sitting unused for too long and rotted it. I took it all apart and learned a lot in the process. I ended up selling the car for scrap, only made enough to buy a pizza.
A few months before getting my license I convinced my parents to buy me a 1996 Ford Escort, which was based off the Protege. I did a bunch of work to it almost including a custom bodykit. Traveling to college at the start of my second year the engine blew halfway there stranding me. I was forced to sell the car to a mechanic. I really liked this car, was practical and fun and looked cool.
A few months before the 1996 blew up I bought a 2000 Ford ZX2 S/R which is my project car.
My mother replaced her 1998 Legacy Outback with a 2008 Impreza and I ended up with the Outback, which is an awesome daily driver.

Well, my leggy is my second, so here's my first:
1991 Integra LS
Did a fair share of wrenching on her, from suspension to the auto to 5 spd conversion. The only thing i didn't have the tools/know how to deal with was putting this thing in:
I was going for a daily driven/track/auto-x direction...
...but then i got married, and now with a kid on the way, it sits in the garage until the day comes when I start parting it out so i can buy goodies for the leggy. It was an awesome, fun, nimble little car, but I never realized the limitations of the platform until i drove my leggy for the first time. Eye opening...
Time to post up what i have had, in order:
97 Ford Ranger - Totaled
97 Chevy Camaro - Sold
66 VW bug - Sold

Before my current stable which includes a 1996 Legacy and a Forester (that's gonna be for sale once I replace the clutch),
I had my 1st subaru, a 1998 Impreza:
I think someday when I'm done with all my projects and have some time/money, I'll get a beat 93-95 impreza coupe or wagon and do some sort of swap. Fun little cars, but unlike the Impreza, I never get pulled over in either of my driveable Subarus.
