Cali based BE/BH5's - where are you based/what gas are you using?

Importing a 2000 GTB etune BH5 - I expect to register first out of state/CA and then try to bring it in a year later + and see that luck I have. How's everyone else driving/registering/insuring their BE/BH5's? And did you retune your ECU for our crappier gas?
