I'm not sure about body work but I think u can use bondo fiber glass hair or something like it to join the 2 plastics. Something u should look into

Where is this gap your talking about?Originally Posted by Muse
I like the short grill mod you did but its gonna be alot of trouble trying to bond it together with the GT bumper. Your gonna need to weld the plastic together and some kind of plastic urethane filler. Don't use bondo filler/fiberglass hair cause they don't flex. It would cost you more to mod the bumper than to buy the jdm grill but it will be a good learning experience for you. Plus you'll be the only one that I've seen with a GT bumper/short grill mod.![]()

That's what I figure. If I pull it off, I'm unique If not? Eh, Whatevs, it was a cheap bumper.Originally Posted by r3v_v3ng3
Sure you'll spend a bit more modding the ob to fit the short grille but how many ppl have actually done this?? What we all do is to our liking and its to be unique. When u look at a car u think oh wow another stock car. But when u start become creative with it mods that's when things start to stick out more whether they're good mods or not lol. Either way its unique. More power to u muse

Found a broken Type R lip and a Civic bumper with one fog light that someon set out for the trash. No idea if I can do anything with it, but we'll see...
Well, I'm throwing her up on Craigslist.
So, is there really any motor better than the EJ22? This car hasn't run in at least six months. Today, I slap a battery in, and it fires up on the second try. total cranking time? Maybe five seconds. So, yeah. Running car now. I just gotta swap the rear hatch out again, get the driver's seat from me and Rkrenicki's BH, the wheels from my other BK, and slap a grille and bumper on. Then? good to go, ready to try that Craigslist thing again. Unless... Hmm. Maybe I don't want to sell it if it's working...
Naah. Bad Muse. My new apartment complex only allows one parking slot per person, and they're already bending the rules for him, and letting him keep his work truck in one of the guest spots.
Well, it's a few months late, but I gave this car to my mechanic to settle a bill.
