    For the front, its a bolt on.
    Rears? it'll fit but you have to modify the bracket and such
    What year forester?

    Well, This was my debating between pricey wrx/rs or budget forester too.
    I also found 04 forester back seat on local craigslist $50.
    Will I need forester 's rear seat's bracket?
    front seats can be easy to pull out from car in local junk yard.

    Not sure how the rear seats is on the 04 forester. I know the SF 98-02 the rear seats recline which you would need the bracket. Just grab the brackets just in case
