Just to get this straight, is it a boost controller or just a boost gauge?

If it's a boost gauge just tee the hose that comes with it into one of the hoses that comes off the top of the manifold, but NOT the one going to the BOV, if bg5's are anything like 3rd generation legacy's this hose has a partial bleed setup so will show lower boost than you are actually getting.

When connected to the manifold it will always show the boost the engine is receiving, so it will be the combination of both turbo's.

Any of the 3 green highlighted vac lines will give a correct reading, just trace them towards the left until you come across a suitable place to tee into.
