OK I got my car running like cheetah on cocaine. However I have a mess of electrical nonsense in the engine bay. So its time for a wire tuck job to clean things up a bit.
Please post up your tuck jobs. And any advise, tips, tricks etc
My car runs on a stand alone, and has an auto to manual conversion so I have a shit load of harness that needs to go the hell away.

So I dont know much about wire tucks but what people usually end up doing is running wiring in the fender area. DOWN the transmission tunnel/ behind/ through the frame rail.... just a thought though

Wire tucks on a daily driver doesn't make sense. If and when something goes wrong, I don't see the fun of chasing electrical gremlins or any other issue. A show car now that's a different story.
BUT, to not totally rain on your parade, you can rewire some things and clean it up in the process. I wouldn't hide wires in the fenders or fire wall...

I have done bits here and there, no detailed pictures at the moment though. I'll see if I can snap a few tomorrow. Having a tmic hides quite a bit though.
I just want to get the automatic transmission wiring and the OEM engine harness crap out of the engine bay. My stand alone runs its own separate relay and fuse box. The only part of the standalone system that interfaces with the OEM electrical system is the fan relay and the fuel pump relay. So I'm not much worried about chasing gremlins. I just want to hide the unused stuff. My standalone runs under the frame rail and is fairly clean looking. Its all the Subaru OEM shit that looks terrible.

I have actually thought of doing custom engine bay covers... but I dunno... sound like a lot of work. LOL
After I finish paint I'm going to pull the dash.
