99 SUS Fog Lamps

It's been a long long time since I last posted on this forum, yes...
...but I have been brought back unto the fold for a small issue.

I was in a collision with a Chevy Cavalier the Friday before Mother's Day '15, and driver's head- signal- and fog-lamps were destroyed. After $1053.74 of body repairs later, I am STILL minus the driver-side fog-lamp as most folks in my area can't seem to just take a look at their comps, then go, "HMM. Bein's them'ns ain't those'ns... An' they's duzzin's a' Outbacks aroun' these parts wi' lights lookin' like those'ns, I won'er if'n a OUTBACK might have them'ns."

I'm thinking the fog-lamp off a 99 Legacy Outback WAGON would fit?

They are round, just like a 99 Outback.

96-99 outback and the sus use the same fogs. Shouldn't be too hard to find.

I found them. I have the lamp assembly and the mount, but no wiring for it. PM sent.

now... WHY are Lexan-lensed lamps so friggin' EXPENSIVE?! AAAAAARRRRRRRRGH

I swapped mine out for hella 500ff's they look and work great, just a bitch to keep aimed due to space constraints. I thought about modding bug eye fogs because I liked how they looked better. But the hella's with the HID conversion put out tremendous light

You know you can fit 00-04 outback/ 03-06 Baja fogs onto 2nd gen brackets, they're glass housing. I can't find my pica from it, but I'm pretty sure my avatar is still my car with outback bumper and 3rd gen fogs.
