...and the story doesn't end there.
Seems like I didn't document this to the end here, but I got it back running.
I did put ~40.000Km on it after the engine rebuild, but then the oil pump/pressure regulator died on the Autobahn in 2021 or so and since then it's sitting near my shop, waiting for me to have time to have a better look at the damage.
