    The fix is worthless. I had the dealer replace the gussets last year and within 3 months they were noisy again. Its an easy fix to do it yourself. Open up the door, roll down the window. Take off the tweeter grille and tweeter. Unplug the tweeter. With your hands clamp the gusset together. There is a flexible metal screen inside that will bend the outside and inside together for a tighter fit. The process took me 2 mins to do both sides. If you get the noise again, then just repeat. Its been a month since i did this and no noise.

    Thanks, I'll do that tomorrow. I hadden gotten around to ordering from the dealer yet. I like your solution better. No money out of pocket on stupid stuff more for mods that I really need.

    I always thought the wind noise was coming from the roof rack or the mirror unit or something....I'll definitely try that. Thanks
