So i have an issue where the plug wires will blow off the plug and out of the engine, i pulled the plugs and 2 were fouled but i dont know whats cuasing the wires to blow out of the head entirely.

either the wire isnt attach properly. or theres compression gas escaping from the plug and pushing the wire out

what would you suggest to keep the gasses from pushing the the plug wires off

if compression gasses are blowing your plug wires off, you have some serious issues.
i would make sure your plugs are good and tight and try a new set of wires...

Sometimes if you get a bad (cheap) set of plugs, they can leak combustion gas around the porcelin and do what you are mentioning. Do the suspect plugs have black marks right around where the porcelin meets the metal threaded section?
Also, if the plugs aren't screwed tightly into the head, they can leak combustion around the threads and potentially do this. I've seen way too many cars come in with the spark plugs barely hand tight. Not sure why people are afraid to tighten down a spark plug, but on the style of plug our engines use (with a gasket), the torque spec is right around 15 ft-lbs. Use a torque wrench if you aren't sure how tight that is. I had an Outback come into my shop a while back that blew a plug out of the head for this exact reason, had to pull the head and put in a helicoil to get it back on the road.

I found out what it was, it was a combonation of bad plug wires( oem) and bad valve cover gasket. issue fixed and i love my car :D
