Here's what I started on today, taking elements of the supercharger setup, and the turbo setup to combine into a compound-charged Outback.
The way this works is that the turbo feeds into the inlet of the supercharger, which feeds an intercooler, and finally, the engine.
First, I trimmed back the rear parts of the old mounting plates for some more clearance. It shouldn't affect the structural integrity very much.

I also relocated the cruise control thing to get it out of the way of things.

Here's a mock-up of what it'll look like:

I'll need to figure out a system of piping and couplers for the turbo > SC inlet, I'm thinking another 2" elbow, and a 3">2" 45 degree coupler, with a section of 2" aluminum pipe in between.
The intake will come off that orange elbow on the turbo inlet, and snake back, up, and under the hood scoop, where the MAF and filter will be.
I'll probably run the turbo at wastegate pressure (5psi), and the supercharger with the large crank pulley for a total of around 10 psi. Keep in mind that 10 psi for me is about 8 psi for all you lowland folks.
