The Bearings have to be pressed out & then back into the housing. It's a time consuming job, especially if you don't have the right parts. This writeup is for the front, but it's pretty similar, you just don't have to deal with ball joints and you have to remember to disconnect the parking brake on the rear.

I don't know if that image is correct - if it is, that doesn't look anything like the hub assembly at all.
I would check precision's website and cross reference the number. I don't think your car being JDM makes any difference with the hubs.
Edit: See my correction below

I have to make a correction. That does look like the image in the FSM (part # 15):

I guess the BE/BH Legacys were the first Subarus to go with the housed bearings that they all use now. I didn't realize they changed that so early on the Legacy. I think it took till 08 for the Impreza.

I just did a "print screen" while viewing the PDF and pasted into Photoshop (don't need photoshop to do this), cropped the image, saved it, and uploaded it.

Or instead of copying, pasting, uploading, etc you could get the page from Opposedforces.com, (right-click) copy image location, etc.
example:

from here:

Legaahsee, unfortunately they don't have your specific car on that site since it covers EDM and USDM only. However your body style is covered, and much of your car is the same as euro/usdm.

In the case of the wheel bearing, all of my FSMs look the same, so you should be set.
