Well as the title says, the '99 is throwing a p0301 code, misfire on #1, so I replaced the plugs and wires, reset the comp., 10 mins. later same code again, checked all my connections, coil ohms out good, still get same code. My question is, could a fuel injector be giving me this code?

I would suggest replacing the crank and cam sensors, I've heard stories of them going bad.

I also have a persistent misfire CEL (random cylinders), but only when under low load at over 74mph, for example going downhill on the highway.

I have replaced the coil, ignitor, plugs, wires, maf, crank sensor ... it comes and goes but nothing has cured it so far. Next on my list is the cam sensor, just have to find my spare one.

thanx man, I'll try those this weekend, I think I'm gonna replace the injectors while I'm at it seeing as I have my intake spacers to install anyway.... any ideas as to what injectors I should run as a good upgrade?

Unless you have some way to control larger injectors (piggyback or standalone ecu), you don't want to change the flow rate because the car won't run. Stick with the stockers and you'll be fine.
