Bolt/Screw type to mount LGT Sideskirt on a non GT legacy..?

Just managed recently to get LGT sideskirts for my Legacy L wagon. Considering it's never had the sideskirts on before, do I have to drill holes? Should I just mount it front and rear by the wheel well (and double sided tape down the length of it...?)?

a few tek screws is what I would use

Self tapping screws with a silicone bead down the mounting face.
Make sure both surfaces are completely clean and rust free.

i want lgt side skirts but my driverside rockerpannel or sideskirt is smashed in can i still mount lgt side sirts on
