well, guess I'm gonna keep the old girl, might as well start showing her some love... I've ordered an Equal length header, found whiteline rear camber adjustment parts and ordered them, the flex series I run has front camber plates, good to go there, now I need to address exterior styling. I've searched and searched, mostly everything being in japan, which isn't an issue in acquiring it, it is an issue in shipping it.

I'm a fan of the Trial aero:
https://sl-i.net/FORUM/images/imported/2008/06/bh5_1-2.jpg

the sides and rear are sexy, the front I could deal with I suppose, but it's a little aggressive for my taste. Here are the sides and rear:

https://sl-i.net/FORUM/images/imported/2008/06/rg5-1.jpg
https://sl-i.net/FORUM/images/imported/2008/06/bh5_5-2.jpg

the problem with it is, well quite bluntly, price. It's 2200 for the kit, that is through a US supplier called Intense Motorsports out of Gilbert, Arizona.

the zerosports isn't bad either:
http://www.boomplustoys.net/zerosports/images/legacy/bh5-pic.jpg

again, price is the problem, well over 2500 for zerosports through a canadian supplier

worksbell is nice as well
https://sl-i.net/FORUM/images/imported/2008/06/image_bh5-2.jpg

yet again, price is over 2k, have yet to find a supplier for it, although I have a buddy who works for AspecPerformance that sells worksbell and can probably order it for me if I wanted it...

so boys and girls, herein lies my problem. I want to play without having to pay gigantic prices. I have also thought about going the OEM route, which honesly I'd rather do anyhow, but it's going to be impossible to do I think. I'm looking for advice. Anyone know of a subtle aero package that won't break the bank and is attainable?

What type of rims are on the Trial Legacy?

high chance you will have to get kits from japan so shipping will be a pain, and some of them are made to order.

OEM parts will have to do then.

You should think about a swap before you do all this weird aero stuff... if anything just go with a front bumper/grill and a rear lip.

swap is out as I want to remain reliable...

I know, you're going to say, a swap can be as reliable as my current setup, but the problem is, if I get a swap and have a little power, then I'm gonna want more power and then it's just a snowball... just like I bought this car with the intentions of not modifying it at all... that lasted all of about a week before the coilovers... I have a disease called modifyitis...

as far as parts of aero... I already have a B4 grill, I'd love to do a front lip and sides... but i can't find any... that is the reason I made this thread, to get help

not to mention, my engine was dealer installed right before I bought the car, about 7k miles ago, so pulling a perfectly good motor just for the sake of swapping isn't gonna happen. They did however reuse the old headers, which now have a crack, which is why I bought the equal lengths this past week. They are suppose to arrive July 7th. I am acquiring a K&N filter for the stock airbox and I'll be having an exhaust fabbed up at a local shop using an Aspec Titanium Muffler... I may do some pullies or other small power adders, but as far as swapping goes, that is gonna have to wait until after this isn't a daily driver anymore and at that point, I probably won't keep it. Swapping anything into a 4700 pound car isn't going to net real good performance.

I'm OT, but I'll say that a good swap is just as reliable as your original engine.

BTW, your curb weight isn't 4700lbs, it's GT wagon: 3,470 manual, 3,535 auto trans.

Anyway... you could get a front lip from here:

Uh, that's your GRAW weight - how much you can haul fully loaded. Not your curb weight...

That's exactly the lip I have, not sure if I'm going to keep it, I could be persuaded not to

I have rear spats too that I might part with.

I have never really seen a body kit for the BE/BH that I have liked. The Worksbell is pretty good, minus the rear wing.

You should buy my E-tune wagon seats and put them in your waggie if you are ready to blow some $$

The worksbell is by far the hottest one there, not a fan of the first one, the bumper just looks far too ridiculous in m opinion.

I wonder how hard it would be to graft Baja lower body cladding and bumpers onto a BH....

My the cladding flares out like a widebody, a solid 2-3 inches on each side.
