Check Engine Light Question? 1991 legacy

I think this is the right forum.



OK so here is whats happening, when I start the car for the fist time of the day the check engine light does not come on, and you can drive it around for hours and the light does not come on, but when the engine is warm and you shut it off and turn it back on the light comes on, with no noticeable difference in power or performance. Any ideas?

Engine: EJ22
Trans: Auto

have you scanned it with a code reader? it will nail your problem, it may just need to be cleared....

ill have to take a closer look in the morning, but i have not seen it since i ran a can of Seafoam though it yesterday
