Hey guys any clue what this antenna is for? The install is pretty factory seamless and there are no modifications to the car at all so I would be surprised if it isn't stock no clue what it does. It's at the right rear passenger headrest.

The car is JDM I was thinking its either something to do with the weird parking garage situations they have there or maybe something to do with the Japanese radio spectrum? The radio only goes up to FM 90. Also sorry, thin line here between interior and electronics, please move it if you see fit.
That is not factory for sure. It could be an old style TV antenna, but most of those were strips attached to the glass.
