Memorial Day weekend. Just giving her a good cleaning on the inside. Condition the seats. Got new caliper paint ordered.
Nice. I need to repaint the calipers on the wagon. I did not prep them well enough before putting them on last year.

Wow, Its been awhile since I updated. Haven't done too much and just havent had time but here is a small update (that also happens to be on my birthday).
Well. That decal never happened...
On August 7th, I attended a Cars and Coffee with 98Legwag and a few other SLi'ers. I did miss a spot cleaning my car...Opps. An my grille was looking super sad so it was off getting prepped.
We had a whole section of Subarus
Alright. Today is my 30th Birthday. Yay go me. Its also not too hot or too humid so I got stuff done.
The Brakes were paint awhile ago but I never took pics.
Chrome be GONE
Finally redoing the grille and its in Plastidip for easy repair
Also cleaned, vacuumed, and did the leather conditioner to my seats.
Are you 23/08 or 24/08? Happy birthday anyway, was mine yesterday too
Thanks and Happy belated birthday to you... I'm on the 23rd.
Got some new tires... I wore the crap out of the Hankooks. Got a great deal on some BF Goodrich G-Force Comp 2 A/S. Holy crap is this a meaty tire.
I've recently gotten back into cycling. Its been taking my time and some of my money recently. Between it and playing Pokemon Go, I feel better and have lost 7lbs.
I've updated my mod list on the front page
Anywho, on to some pics.

Beautiful day. Cleaned the car both outside and inside. Now to kick back and enjoy the view.
Look at these tires, insane side profile
This car is something special.
At home and the inside is cleaned.
I've been dealing with a small air leak in the one wheel for months.
Got new tire and it got worse. Took it back to the shop, the rim is cracked.
Got to order new wheels. Brand new, which is a first for me.
Sparco Pro Corsa
Man that sucks about the wheel. Any stand out moments of aggressive driving that may have contributed?
Buuuutt
Whuuuuuut! Sparcos gonna look awesome! Silver or black? Need some pics. I think they look very BBS inspired and are an excellent choice!
Also, I should add I have 0 experience driving in the eastern half of thwhat United State but I hear all the roads are terrible because of potholes and salt.
PA roads are crap.... add construction most of the time on top of that...
The old wheels are Rotas so that doesnt help.
And to answer the color question, Silver but I might dip them to a darker color.
PA might have the worst roads in the country.

Got the Sparco Pro Corsa installed...
I am very pleased
Gave her a bath after this.
10/10 very sharp.
So, I did a bad thing with the new wheels...
Winter-mode cleaning (12/28)
New mod that should be installed tonight. Had it in my old BD.

What size are those tires?
Fun fact: PA has a specific law that prevents the state from having to pay for damages to vehicles as the result of potholes. I believe that is the reason why they are not repaired in a timely manner, since there is no penalty to be incurred by the town or state if they just leave the holes there for a long time.
I discovered this law when both of the XV wheels on the passenger side of my car were bent on a PA road.

Thanks Tyler
Installed an eBay "K-Style" Roof spoiler
Well.... Not sure what to do
Suspension is a mess. Toe is all out of whack. Just got a quote to fix it up and its around 1k. Now I am gonna look around to see if I can do better. Needs tires because of the alignment. Was informed the head gaskets are starting to go.
Not sure if I should fix or let her go.
Sounds like you need a second opinion. How many miles are on this thing? Is it the tie-rod ends that are going out?
Current:
2005 Legacy Outback H6 (Battlewagon 2.0)
Former:
1999 Legacy Outback 2.5 5sp
2002 Legacy Outback H6
1997 Legacy Outback 2.5 5sp (Battlewagon 1.0)
1996 Legacy L Wagon
just rolled over 170. I got a second opinion and I am pursuing it a little. I however did just find a 2016 BRZ with only 16k on the clock. right color and options.
Welp. Tomorrow is the last day in the Outback most likely. I’m sad to see if it go. I can’t believe I’m moving away from a Legacy. I know CVT can get good MPG but they are not for me.
